- Mettere la farina in un recipiente non troppo piccolo..sale..zucchero..olio...ed infine un po' di acqua tiepida con dentro il lievito sciolto...lavorare l'impasto.. ovviamente aggiungerete altra acqua mano mano che si impasta.. finché non si raggiungerà una consistenza adeguata...firmare una palla metterla a lievitare...all'incirca 2 ore..ma molto dipende dalla temperatura...io spesso questo lo faccio la mattina di modo che permetto alla pasta di lievitare più volte così risulterà più digeribile.
- Poi mettere nelle teglie e condire a proprio piacimento...due cose importanti...forno sempre al massimo e quando si informa già deve essere arrivato a temperatura.... altrimenti rischiare che la pizza resti floscia...mettere la mozzarella sempre dopo la cottura della pizza e rinforzare..mai insieme al pomodoro....
